Please report to the Counseling Office if you:

• Did not have a locker assigned to you, but you would like one- See the request form and locker rules HERE
• Are experiencing problems opening your locker
• Cannot read the numbers on the locker dial
• Have a locker assigned to you and you do not plan on using it                                                                   
• Cannot read the numbers on the locker itself

You will be asked to fill out a ticket for locker repairs and you will then be notified when the repairs have been made.
