Requesting Site-wide professional development

Staff members may submit requests for professional development funds from the site-wide Professional Development Fund. These funds may be used in addition to Department Support Funds for professional development needs. Professional development funds are reviewed and approved by a committee consisting of teachers and an administrator. Please follow the steps below to submit your request BEFORE you make any arrangements to attend:
 
  1.   Prepare a document which includes a breakdown of associated costs. Ex: registration, sub days, travel expenses, meals (if not provided).
  2.   Complete the “Professional Development - Site-wide Funds Request” google form at least 30 calendar days prior to the training.
 
The Professional Development Committee will review your request, and an administrator will inform you if your request was approved as well as next steps.
