Graduation is May 26, 2023 at 7:30 pm in the Bruin Stadium.  Tickets are not required.
 
Information for Handicap Parking for those with valid placards/plates, and tickets for Handicap Seating is available.  Please email Mrs.Rath.  Handicap Parking Passes are available for those that have requested them.  Please send your student to pick them up from Mrs. Rath in the back office.

If you have not ordered a cap and gown yet, please call Jostens NorCal at (916) 989-3909 or see the Assistant Principal’s Secretary to borrow a cap and gown.  The school will not have any caps, gowns, or tassels available for purchasing.
 
If you have any questions or need assistance with the purchase of your cap & gown, please contact our Jostens Representative, Ken Caldeira via email.

Fees and Fines

Please check your Aeries Fees and Fines screen for outstanding textbooks or finance fines – library fines are NOT included on this screen and should be paid to the library. You are responsible for returning or paying for these assets before you are cleared for graduation.
 
Textbooks
Currently in use – will be returned to your teacher
Textbooks from prior years should be returned to the finance office as soon as possible. 
Participation in closing events and the graduation ceremony is a privilege. To be eligible to participate, students must notify the school of their intent to participate, and maintain the established criteria for academic achievement, attendance, and behavior as noted on the Senior Notification form available above.
 
Please note the Attendance Requirements required to participate:
 
  • Maintain good attendance in all classes. Excessive absences may result in Administrative action. (Excessive is generally defined as
         6 or more excused full or partial school days)
  • A student will be considered truant and may not be allowed to participate in the closing senior events and/or graduation
         ceremony if the student has 3 all-day unexcused absences or 3 unexcused absences in the same period.
  • Complete all Saturday School/Detention sessions by May 13, 2023.
 
Quarantine-related absences will not be factored into the attendance requirements.
